With special arrangements, the bride and groom may include a beloved pet in their wedding ceremony.

Unfortunately, other pets are not permitted on the property. Please reach out to us to discuss any specific needs or accommodations.

Alcohol is BYO (Bring Your Own). Please note that no liquor is allowed on the property; we permit only beer, wine, and bubbly. To ensure safety and compliance, a licensed bartender must be present at all times that alcohol is being served. Additionally, alcohol may not be served before the ceremony.

Set up and clean up available for an additional fee on a case-by-case basis, based on availability. 

Rain delays or cancelations due to severe weather are not covered or reimbursed by Hygge Acres, therefore event insurance required and paid directly at the time of deposit. 

Open flames are NOT permitted, apart from sparklers at send off. 

Cancelations of event are acceptable within 60 days prior to event, however $500 of deposit will be forfeited, all other cancelations will have to be claimed by your event insurance policy.   

Yes, we are happy to provide a list of preferred vendors that we recommend. These vendors are familiar with our venue and can help ensure a seamless experience for your event.

Any decor that is obscene is not allowed. Any decor that would or could cause permanent damage or alterations to property is not allowed. 

Parking is limited to 62 spaces; therefore, carpooling is encouraged for large occasions.

We do not offer in house catering - we will provide you with a list of Vendors that we recommend! 

yes, we have handicap parking, and our ceremony and reception areas are fully handicap accessible.

Yes! The event space is very versatile, providing for a unique touch on your event. 

No confetti, water ballons, bubbles or other items are allowed on the property that may inhibit the wildlife cycle or change the quality of the Lagoon water. 

Tobacco products can only be used by adults 18+ in designated smoking area.  

Absolutely no drugs allowed or the smoking of THC products at any time on Hygge property due to animals and children being in proximity on premises.

There are no noise level restrictions in our area.

Hygge Heavenly Acres seeks to maintain great relations in the community which includes neighbors, therefore we do not allow vulgar language in the music being played.
